Ibtissame Sidane (IS) is a PhD student in Chemical Sciences and Technologies at the University of Genoa. Her research focuses on the design of magnetic polymeric nanocomposites based on magnetic nanoparticles functionalized with organic molecules. Recently, she spent a research period at the Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences, where she worked on nanoparticle synthesis methods and studied physico-chemical interactions at nanoparticles' surfaces.
