Martina Cozzani (MC) is a Ph.D. student in Chemical Sciences and Technologies at the University of Genoa, where she obtained her M.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry in 2023. Her research focuses on bio-based polymeric formulations for biomedical applications, particularly controlled drug delivery systems. She recently spent six months at the Bernal Institute (University of Limerick, Ireland), gaining expertise in cell culture techniques and biotechnology applied to materials.
